When resetting your Intrusta password, we will send you an email that contains a link. You will then click on that link to enter your new password.
If you get "Invalid verification code provided, please try again" after clicking SET PASSWORD, this simply means you are not clicking on the latest password reset email in your email inbox.
If you have requested to reset your password more than once, you will get multiple password reset links. These can sometimes be bundled together in your inbox because of what's called Conversation View. To resolve, simply locate the most recent password reset email.
