What is an EWS alert and why am I getting this?

Did you know that EWS or Early Warning Services is a monitoring feature that checks information with several different financial institutions. An alert can be trigger by one of the following activities: 

Financial and Bank Account Takeovers (EWS)

2. Changes to account information (address, phone, email addresses
3. New bank accounts
4. New credit card openings
5. Check acceptance companies
6. Payment processors
7. New account holders and co-signors
