If you are trying to sign into your Intrusta account and see a message telling you "User does not exist", don't panic! We will go over a few reasons why this warning is occurring.
The email address field is case sensitive
You will need to sign into your Intrusta account using the exact same email address you used when you signed up. If you used a capital "J" instead of a lower case "j" when signing up for Intrusta, you will need to use a capital "J" any time you sign in.
If you are not sure how you entered your email address during sign up, check your email for the payment receipt. If you look in the TO: field, you can see the exact email you signed up with. Use this to sign into Intrusta.
Did you use a different email address?
Trying to remember all of our different email addresses, usernames and passwords can be difficult. You may have signed up with Intrusta using a different email address than you remember, which is why you are seeing "User does not exist". Try your other email addresses until you find the right one.
