Very rarely will you need to pause yourIdentity Guard Device Secure virus protection. However, there are times that this could be useful, such as when you need to install a third party software andIdentity Guard Device Secure is blocking you from doing so. If that's the case, follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Open yourIdentity Guard Device Secure by clicking on the shortcut on your desktop.
2. On the left-hand side of Identity Guard Device Secure, select Game Mode.
3. Then you can click the Turn Game Mode On button. 

     4. Once you are ready to turnIdentity Guard Device Secure back on, simply hit the Turn Game Mode On button to resume virus protection. If you take no action, Identity Guard Device Secure will resume virus protection automatically in 12 hours.
