If you're experiencing any issues on the Intrusta website or dashboard, it may be helpful to send us a screenshot of your browser console logs. These logs can give us more details about the issue you're having, and can help us diagnose what's going on. Below you will find instructions on how to open your browser's console and take a screenshot of the console logs to send to Intrusta Support. 

Instructions to Open Browser Console

Windows

 Microsoft Edge

1.  Open your Microsoft Edge browser
2. Click the icon in the top right of your browser that has 3 horizontal dots.               
3. Click on F12 Developer Tools.
4. Select the Console tab.
5. 
6. The console should be visible at the bottom of your browser. Take a screenshot of the entire console and send it to Intrusta Support.

 Mozilla Firefox

1. Open your Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. Click the icon in the top right of Firefox that has 3 horizontal lines.     
3. Click on Web Developer.
4. Then click on Web Console.
5. The console should be visible at the bottom of your browser. Take a screenshot of the entire console and send it to Intrusta Support.

 Google Chrome 

1. Open your Google Chrome browser
2. Click the icon in the top right of Chrome that looks like 3 vertical dots (1)
3. Select More tools (2)
4. Click on Developer tools (3)

     5. Head over the Console tab.

 Safari

1. Open your Safari browser
2. Select Safari in the top left
3. Then click Preferences
4. Click on Advanced
5. Then turn on the Show Develop menu in menu bar
6. Now, Develop will show in the menu bar. Click on Develop
7. Then click Show JavaScript Console
8. Next, please take a screenshot of the console (Marked in GREEN above) and send to Intrusta Support.
